After some intense R&D work, THE new banana bread recipe is born in Spring Wholefoods. We made it gluten free, organic, sprouted, fermented, more nutritious and even more delicious than the ol’ recipe. 

This bread contains no refined sweeteners. It was constructed with ingredients that are very nutrient dense, such as bananas and dates that are rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Sprouted quinoa, buckwheat and millet that have complete amino acid profile.
